Payroll Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience as aPayroll Specialist? We are currently seeking afull-timepayroll Specialist to join our client's team inNewcastle, Co. Dublin. This is initially a temporary position. Main responsibilities will include : Managing fortnightly and monthly payrolls ensuring accurate and timely processing Handling high volumes of data, including anomalies, timesheets, shift uplift rates, starters, finishers, and pensioncalculations Utilizing the busy PR system to process payroll efficiently Collaborating with the HR department and other teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information The ideal candidates for this opportunity would have : 3-5 Years of experience as a payroll specialist or similar position Proficiency in using payroll software Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of data Excellent organisational and time management skills Knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of payroll processes.
