Procurement Coordinator A well-established civil and groundworks contractor based in Leinster, is seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator for their company in Co. Meath. The successful candidate will manage procurement of materials and subcontract services, along with tender submissions and prequalification documentation, working closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and site teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing and delivery. This role suits a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator with strong knowledge of construction supply chains and excellent coordination skills. Role : Coordinate material and subcontract procurement for all projects. Manage tender submissions, PQQs, and supplier documentation for compliance. Liaise with suppliers to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery schedules. Forecast material needs and coordinate deliveries with site teams. Ensure all required certifications (e.g., CE marking, DOPs, BCAR) are obtained and recorded. Maintain up-to-date procurement records, pricing logs, and supplier performance data. Support the QS in cost tracking, invoice reconciliation, and procurement reporting. Ensure documentation aligns with their ISO-accredited Quality Management System. Requirements : 2+ years experience in procurement, buying, or materials coordination, ideally as a Procurement Coordinator within civil engineering or construction in Ireland. Experience managing tender submissions and prequalification documentation. Knowledge of civil construction materials, suppliers, and logistics. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP / procurement software experience an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Full clean driving license and legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Package : Salary circa €40k€50k.
