Beechfield care group Bethany House Nursing Home Beechfield Care Group are currently seeking to recruit Relief Staff Nurse to assume responsibility for the care of residents at Bethany House Nursing Home, Tyrellspass, Co. Westmeath N91P5P6 Candidates should have legal eligibility to be employed in Ireland / EU. We are not in the position to sponsor work permits for this vacancy. About the role : The Staff Nurse who will collaborate with the Nurse Manager & Director of Nursing in Beech Park Nursing Home, Co. Kildare. We aim to supply a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role. The post holder must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to resident focused care. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards. Role Responsibilities : Quality of Care Responsibilities Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff Coordinate resident activities Work within HIQA regulations Any other duties as assigned by line manager. Role Requirements : NMBI Registered Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills Excellent communication and people skills. Sound decision making ability.
