Warehouse Operator

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our small warehouse team. The role involves the loading and unloading of furniture onto delivery lorries and vans on a daily basis, as well as ensuring the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and well-organized. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate stock placement and assisting with recycling processes. Key responsibilities include: Safely and efficiently unloading containers and verifying deliveries against dockets. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety standards. Planning ahead and multitasking to meet deadlines and support team objectives. Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations. Performing light furniture assembly as required. Occasionally working off-site when necessary. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team. Manual Handling and Safe Pass certificates are advantageous, though full training will be provided. Written and oral English is also a requirement. A Forklift Truck License is required. Salary is dependent on experience.
