Overview

My client is a reputable Construction Company who specialise in Attic Conversions and due to their ongoing growth and success, they are seeking an experienced carpenter to join their team in North Dublin.

The Carpenter's mission is to skilfully execute carpentry tasks as part of the onsite crew, ensuring high standards of workmanship within the set time and budget.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry work with precision and care, ensuring that all tasks meet or exceed industry standards.

Assist the Team Lead in managing project schedules and resources, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to daily meetings and updates.

Proactively identify and address carpentry-related challenges or issues in collaboration with the Team Lead.

Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly work site, ensuring a safe working environment.

Manage personal tools and equipment, ensuring they are well-organized and maintained.

Follow the company`s protocols for safety and quality, ensuring compliance with standards.

Timely completion of construction projects within the established budget and schedule.

(Builder trend , daily logs, pics, schedule management)

High-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards.

(All work inside agreed tolerances)

Daily communications with team, Owner and clients (Morning meetings, Daily Log, Client Portal)

Clear and consistent documentation of project progress and issues.

Maintain a clean and orderly work site, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and visitors, while also presenting a professional image to the public.

Organise tools and materials in a way that promotes safety and allows for easy identification of any defects or errors.

Ensure that proper protocols are in place and followed by the site staff to ensure continuous compliance with the cleanliness and orderliness standards

Able to produce significant work with minimal wasted effort

Requirements

Fully Qualified Carpenter with 2+ years of experience in Ireland

Full Driving Licence and own vehicle

Experience working in a team
