Accurately identifying and supplying parts & accessories to all parts department customersTo ensure that parts are correctly checked against delivery notes and binned accordinglyHandling parts enquiries in person, by telephone & via emailWorking as part of a team to ensure retailer objectives are metTo ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanlinessTo maintain good working relationships with colleagues in other departmentsProactively call & organise field visits to existing & prospective trade customersDeliver parts as requiredReview & update the trade customer databaseAssist in the marketing & promotion of the parts departmentThe ideal candidate will possess the following attributes :
- Understanding of motor vehicles
- Strong organisational skills
- Fluent English
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Strong IT & computer skills
- Full training will be provided in order to meet required manufacturers standards
- Previous experience would be an advantage
