Looking for private art lessons in painting and drawing

I am interested in finding a patient and experienced art tutor to help me improve my painting and drawing skills. I am a beginner but very eager to learn different techniques and styles. Ideally, the lessons would be held at my home in Dublin and focus on both theory and practical exercises. I prefer someone who can provide materials or suggest what I should buy. Flexible with scheduling but would like to start soon.
