Position Summary

The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced engineering team working across multiple Stryker Divisions.

They will have the opportunity to develop through both internal and external training programs and will be given the opportunity to grow their career in a dynamic production environment.

Contract Details

(23 month FTC)

Responsibilities

Support process development and cost reduction activities within the business units.

Foster a work environment of continuous improvement that supports Stryker's commitment to the Quality Policy, Quality System, and manufacturing regulations.

Own the plant metrics from an engineering perspective.

Provide technical and operational support to manufacturing operations.

Leverage structured problem-solving methodologies.

Implement lean manufacturing within production.

Requirements

Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in CNC machining, Process Validation, Coating, or Clean and Pack is desirable but not essential.

Effective decision-making and leadership skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work within a cross-functional team.

Proven project management skills with a record of delivering cost savings or process improvements.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with tangible results.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
