Responsibilities Deliver a full range of body and facial therapies to luxury standards Tailor treatments to individual guest needs and preferences Maintain treatment rooms to immaculate cleanliness and readiness Build strong rapport with guests, enhancing the overall spa journey Support retail sales and treatment upselling to drive revenue Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service across departments Participate in training and development to maintain high standards Requirements Recognised beauty / therapy qualification.
