What You'll Do : Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients Stay up to date on inventory and promotions What Were Looking For : Previous experience in car sales (preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A motivated, positive attitude and a team player Professional appearance and demeanor Full drivers license and clean driving record What We Offer : Competitive base salary + high-earning commission structure Performance bonus and incentives OTE €50,000 plus after training period.
