You will be experienced in Thought Leadership, Strategy Development, Stakeholder Engagement and be well versed operating within the Fintech and / or Banking space with a successful track record in heading up a broad engineering capability across Software Development, Cloud Architecture, Data, Mobile and Web Development.

Head of Software Engineering - Experience required : Significant experience in engineering leadership covering multiple cross-functional engineering teams.

Strong knowledge and understanding of software development principles with solid experience across a broad range of languages including Java, .
