About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PSL to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the management and development of the firm’s knowledge recourses, includingdevelopment and maintenance of the firm’s precedent bank and practice notes.management and supervision of online knowledge resources and subscription services; andfacilitating the acquisition, collation and dissemination of technical know-how throughout the firm.
• Overseeing and developing the firm’s legal education and training programme, including developing an annual programme of CPD training, personally delivering training sessions and/or sourcing external speakers where needed.
• Monitoring legal/market developments and alerting relevant teams to updates and developments and consulting on technical legal issues, updates and developments as the firm’s trusted knowledge expert.
• Additional responsibilities as the parameters of the role develop.

Background and Experience

Professional Support Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm are encouraged to apply.
