Service Engineer - Dublin

Salary : €55,000 + van, tools, phone, training, pension, door to door

Hours : 8 : 30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8 : 30 to 4pm Friday

About the Role

We're currently recruiting for a Service Engineer to join a long-established market leader in the plumbing supplies sector. This is a great opportunity to join a business that invests in training, development, and long-term career growth. Where they will train you to get a safe pass, an F-Gas certification and get you RGI qualified. However, if you have any of these, there could be flexibility on the salary.

The Position

You'll be part of a growing customer service team, providing on-site technical support, carrying out service and repair work, and delivering product training to customers and installers. You'll also act as a brand ambassador, working closely with technical, design, and quality departments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues, repair, or recommend actions
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and installers
• 60% travel to client sites around Dublin
• Give product feedback to technical and quality teams
