Cpl Healthcare has an exciting position available for a Resourcer who is fluent in Spanish + / - Italian, focusing on sourcing experienced Healthcare Assistants for full-time positions in Ireland.

Cpl Healthcare is Ireland's leading healthcare recruitment company.

We recruit nurses and healthcare assistants into full-time positions in hospitals, nursing homes and care facilities across Ireland and the UK.

The role is office-based in our Galway office and is 6 months initially with a view to extend the contract if required.

Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates from across Eastern Europe.

Developing knowledge of the market.

Social media campaigns to source candidates.

Attending open days / recruitment fairs.

Working closely with recruiters to attract and target as many candidates as possible.

Qualifications

Previous recruitment experience is desirable.

Experience working in a targeted environment is desirable.

Fluent in Spanish + / - Italian.

Good knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Good communication skills.
