We are currently seeking a highly-motivated
Basic Grade Occupational Therapist
to join our team
in Bray, Co.
Wicklow (CDNT5)
Contract Hours : Full time post.
Salary Scale :
€43,276 – €57,653 pro rata per annum.
Salary scales are subject to LSI\'s (Long Service Increments).
This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.
Annual Leave Entitlement
: 32 days per annum.
Overview of the Post
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of an occupational therapy service including assessment, diagnostics and intervention as required to all children accessing the service; and will work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing services to children and families.

Qualifications & Requirements
Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.
On appointment, practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by CORU.
Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to Enable Ireland.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the State.
Experience working with children or adults with disabilities and their families.
Experience of interdisciplinary team working.
Relevant post graduate training specific to child disability services.
Experience in conducting assessment of needs.
Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
