Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager - Retail (West Region)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong retail background to drive growth and support a dealer and licensee network across the Western Region. Reporting to the Sales Manager - Dealers, you will develop sales strategies, strengthen existing retail partnerships, and build new ones to maximise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Grow and manage retail accounts , building strong, lasting relationships.

Identify and secure new retail partnerships within the region.

Support customers with product offerings and business needs.

Represent the business at meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track progress.

Work towards targets on sales, margin, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For :

Proven retail sales background with strong account management experience.

Skilled in customer service, negotiation, and relationship building.

Commercially minded with the ability to deliver against KPIs.

Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders.

Flexible, proactive, and comfortable with regular travel (full driving licence required) .
