Senior IT Support Engineer (Level 2) – MSP | West Dublin
Are you a sharp, solutions-driven Senior Technical Support Engineer (L2) with proven MSP experience? We’re hiring for a growing Microsoft Partner based in West Dublin, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced MSP environment.
You’ll be supporting a wide range of clients and technologies—no two days are the same. Expect excellent variety in your work, strong exposure to Microsoft cloud tools, and the chance to get involved in client projects from day one.
Requirements
What we’re looking for :
Current or previous MSP experience (must-have)
Microsoft certifications – MS-102, AZ-104, MCSA or MCSE
Strong hands-on skills with :
Office 365 Administration
Active Directory
Microsoft Azure & Intune
Windows Server 2012+
Windows 10 / 11, Group Policy, SharePoint, Teams
Excellent communication skills and fluent, professional English
Based in Dublin and legally eligible to work in Ireland
Security experience is a bonus. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow into more security-focused projects over time.
This is a single hire for a Senior Level 2 Engineer who enjoys solving technical issues, working directly with clients, and staying hands-on in a dynamic environment.
