We are currently seeking talented and experienced Recruitment Consultants to join the team. We want someone who has experience in 360 engineer recruitment. The Role : 360 degree recruitment - take care of full end-to-end recruitment process Business development / sourcing new prospect clients. Preparing position descriptions, person specifications, selection criteria. Placing advertisements for jobs requirements. Sourcing, screening, short-listing, qualifying & placing candidates. Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships The Candidate : Good attitude, excellent work ethic with ability to manage their own day Preferred experience in recruitment or resourcing is highly regarded.
