Food & Beverage Assistants

to join our team in the

Carriage House & the Drawing Room

The Carriage House operation has been expanded and now caters for resident guests & non-resident guests divided across an evening steak house restaurant, all day dining space, a bar, a private dining room and a lounge.

In addition to catering for hotel guests, Golf Club members, local residents and visitors to the Manor.

This is an extensive F&B outlet and is the contemporary alternative to the Manor itself.

Here we aim to create an atmosphere that is dynamic, eclectic with a modern twist whilst still upholding seamless 5 star service delivery.

A large proportion of the business within the Carriage House will be drawn from a local audience and building these relationships will be key to the success of the outlet.

Overlooking the formal gardens, flooded with natural daylight, radiating warmth and exquisite style, The Drawing Room is the ideal spot for a tranquil interlude.

The Drawing Room is open from 8am guests can take their morning coffee by the vast windows, drop in for light meals and refreshments until 5pm, and sip a flute of champagne or enjoy a cocktail created by our expert Mixologist, any time of the day.
