Admin / Accounts Assistant Cork
My client is seeking an Accounts / Admin Assistant with a least 1 years practical experience who
will be responsible for supporting the accounting / administration team across the finance and office administration functi
ons.
Admin / Accounts Assistant Core Responsibilities
Have a clear and thorough understanding of the business operations, financial transactions and related systems
Perform assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sub ledger transactional support with a particular focus on Purchase Invoice Processing and data entry Provide support across a wide range of finance / administrative initiatives as required
Day to day management cashbooks
Preparing accurate and timely reports
Monthly accruals and prepayments
Assistance with interim and year-end audits
Contribute to the efficiency of the accounts / admin team by participating in cross training, sharing job responsibilities, and serving as position backup for other team members
Monitoring Expenses
Reconciliation and reporting
Admin / Accounts Assistant Requirements
Ability to keep organised and focus on priorities when working on several projects simultaneously.
Good can-do attitude
Purchase ledge management would be advantageous
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills.
Work well in team
Knowledge of Microsoft office
