Facade Manager - Residential Project

Overview

Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Façade Manager to lead façade delivery on a landmark €128 million residential project in North Dublin.

With construction scheduled for approximately two years, this role offers the chance to take ownership of key packages on site and join a team where long-term engagement on future projects is actively supported.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of façade installation, including curtain walling, cladding, and window systems

Coordinating subcontractor teams and ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety standards

Monitoring programme timelines, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective measures

Performing quality checks and maintaining thorough documentation for compliance and reporting

Collaborating with the design team and project managers to resolve technical issues efficiently

Driving health and safety performance in line with company policy and industry best practices

Requirements

A degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and direct teams effectively

Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems and sequencing

Competency in site record keeping and IT tools including DMS platforms

A solutions-focused approach and the interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic team
