Cleaner

Comer Group Ireland is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) in the Dublin 24 area. This role offers variety and hands-on experience in the Residential Property Sector, making it an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Ensuring all public areas in Commercial & Residential Properties are kept clean and well-maintained.
• Handling cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, glass cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Cleaning lifts, doors, windows, and furniture to a high standard.
• Reporting maintenance issues and complaints to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment, tools, and storerooms in an orderly manner.
• Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and lost property protocols.
• Assisting other departments when required to support business needs
