Job Description : We are recruiting a Senior Manager within a leading Big 4 Actuarial practice in Dublin.

This role will drive impactful change within the non-life insurance sector.

About the Senior Non-life Manager– Risk Consulting role Duties for this role include (but are not limited to) :

Lead Impactful Projects : Drive the successful delivery and management of actuarial and multidisciplinary projects, building strong client relationships.

Shape Client Strategies : Leverage your deep non-life actuarial expertise to deliver exceptional consulting and assurance services across reserving, Solvency II, IFRS 17, and more.

Mentor Future Leaders : Assist in the management and development of junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Drive Innovation : Contribute to cutting-edge research and development, staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

Cultivate Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and addressing their specific needs.

Actuarial Skills required Our client is looking to find a Qualified Actuary with 8+ years PQE and 10+ years of total experience in non-life insurance / reinsurance or non-life Candidates must ideally have experience of the following :

Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.

Strong technical skills in non-life actuarial software and a deep understanding of industry challenges.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
