Salary of up to €38,000, depending on experience

Full-time, permanent contract (typically 42 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full operation of the deli department, ensuring high standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service

Lead and manage a team of deli staff, ensuring efficient service and strong teamwork

Manage stock levels, ordering, waste, and profitability

Ensure compliance with all HACCP and food safety procedures

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a deli, fresh food, or catering management role

In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety procedures

A proven people manager with the ability to train, develop, and lead a team

Comfortable with early starts and flexible to work weekends when needed
