Electrician - Millenium Business Park, Dublin 11

SUMMARY OF ROLE : We are currently recruiting for an Electrician for our client, a leading Irish manufacturer of construction materials. This role is based out of Millennium Business Park and covers multiple concrete production facilities throughout the greater Dublin area. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of the Dublin Maintenance team and be responsible for electrical maintenance, repair, and installation of plant and machinery across seven sites. This is a full-time, permanent role with long-term career opportunities and structured internal training and support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintain production machinery and equipment across multiple Dublin sites; Respond to and resolve electrical breakdowns in a timely manner; Undertake electrical installations and preventative maintenance tasks; Liaise with contractors and suppliers where required; Support the continuation of high-volume production by ensuring electrical systems are reliable and safe; Maintain and update electrical drawings and documentation; Lead by example in Health & Safety and comply fully with company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS : Fully qualified Electrician (National Craft Certificate or equivalent); Experience with 3-phase and single-phase systems, and low voltage control systems (24 / 110v); Practical knowledge of fault finding and diagnostic techniques; Familiarity with automated PLC systems is desirable; Ability to read and maintain electrical drawings; Strong commitment to Health & Safety standards and safe work practices; Good communication and organisational skills. RATE OF PAY : €24.00 €28.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Overtime Pay + Shift Allowance + Annual Attendance Bonus.
