Responsibilities
- Maintain a clinical caseload suitable for the position.
- Be in charge of conducting client assessments, creating, and carrying out client-centered, best practice-compliant, individualised treatment plans.
- As needed, collaborate with the client, family, and other team members to establish goals.
- Cooperate and communicate with other members of the team.
- Establish good lines of communication and offer support, direction, and education to service users, their families, carers, and others.
- Maintain client records in compliance with departmental guidelines and professional standards.
- Provide a service in a variety of places within the allotted time frame and in accordance with local policies and rules.
- Uphold professional norms concerning ethics, secrecy, and the law.
- Follow local regulations and CORU's requirements while practicing physiotherapy within your own scope.
- adequate understanding of cardiac, neuro, and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with team members to actively contribute to the advancement and enhancement of physiotherapy services.
- Experience working with senior citizens is a must.
