Job descriptionCFP qualified. Possess a recognized industry qualification. Demonstrated expertise in Life and Pensions with a strong track record in sales and advisory roles. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule effectively. Self-starter mentality with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement clear and tailored financial plans for clients.
- Expand the existing client base through effective networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank CPC requirements and maintain professional CPD requirements.
- Collaborate with management to maintain excellent reporting and pipeline management.
- Efficiently manage the annual review process for existing clients to ensure business retention and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the administration team to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Uphold compliant internal processes and procedures for the Financial Services team.
