About the Role : This is not your typical kitchen job.

You'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in line with client expectations while maintaining top-tier hygiene and safety standards.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include : Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, following site-specific menus Delivering consistent quality across a variety of kitchens and cuisines Ensuring all food hygiene (HACCP) and health & safety protocols are met Working solo or within dynamic kitchen teams Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready Supporting with stock checks, prep, and site-specific menu changes What We're Looking For : At least 2 years' experience in fast-paced or high-volume kitchens A strong culinary skill set - ready to jump in and deliver from day one Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset A proactive, reliable, and adaptable attitude Requirements : Must currently reside in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland Manual Handling and Food Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to train) Experience in a similar role is essential Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position Why Join Us?
