Location : Remote within Ireland or Hybrid in Dublin

Employment Type : Full-time, Temporary Contract

Compensation : Base salary + bonus

Your Key Responsibilities :

Lead Client Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth integration of our products with their existing systems and infrastructure.

Technical Expertise : Stay informed about software integrations and technical requirements, providing clients with top-tier support and guidance.

Client Relationship Building : Develop and nurture long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional support throughout the client journey.

Account Management : Drive success by managing accounts directly, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying key growth opportunities.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality resources and ensure a seamless client experience.

Industry Insight : Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products, sharing valuable insights with clients and the internal team.

What Youll Bring :

Experience : At least 2 years in account management, technical support, or client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or online marketplaces.

Language Skills : C2 or fluent in Italian with excellent English proficiency.

Project Management & Communication Skills : Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication.

Adaptability : Thrive in both strategic and tactical roles, able to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments.
