Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities : Oversee reliable operation & maintenance of all company equipment.

Develop & implement preventive maintenance strategies.

Administer & improve the CMMS maintenance program.

Manage resources, budgets & spare parts strategy.

Lead and train maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with GMP & safety.

Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as key contact for vendors & contractors.

What You Need : Technical Qualification / Trade Qualified.

Maintenance management experience is required, ideally at least 5 years, but we are open

• Must have experience within manufacturing / production setting.

Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs & SCADA systems.

Mechanical & electrical process plant knowledge.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP / CRM).

Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
