Chef The Grinne Uaile, Newport, Co. Mayo We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy gastropub kitchen. The role involves preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, assisting with prep, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. Responsibilities : Cook and prepare menu items, including daily specials Maintain food safety and hygiene (HACCP) Help with stock control and deliveries Work well as part of a small team, especially during busy service Requirements : 13 years kitchen experience (pub / restaurant preferred) HACCP training Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Good teamwork and communication skills We Offer : Competitive pay Friendly, supportive work environment
