Supports the health safety and wellbeing (HSW) team to provide health and safety delivery on the project / s.

Responsible for supporting (area / team), using basic / established technical capabilities.

You`ll be responsible for :

Supporting the implementation of business health safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards.Assisting team / s with audits on behalf of the business for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standardsSupporting team / s with creation and coordination of inspection and audit schedule / s.Carrying out health safety and wellbeing (HSW) Inspections, supporting audits.Collaborating to support the development of new standards aligned with corporate standards.Supporting the analysis of results from reporting, audits, corrective actions, operations reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).Assisting with the identification of gaps for improvement and helping develop mitigation plans to support rectification.

Developing working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders.You`ll need to have :

Digitally savvy.Experience working in an HSW role and interest in the industry.Good organisational and time management skills.Attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work to deadlines.Ability to build good working relationships with people.Use own initiative, proactive and solution focused.Self-Starter.

Work in a collaborative manner.Health and safety qualification e.g.

IOSH managing safely level 2 UK (or equivalent).You`ll also have :

Awareness of : HSW legislation, HSW management systems, HSW inspections, risk assessment.Have or working towards Level 3 Qualification in Safety Management, e.g.
