At Bracken Recruitment we are working with our South County Dublin client (close to the Green Luas Line) to recruit for a Customer Service Rep. You will be working with a number of guides, who outsource aspects of their business to our client, as their main point of contact. You will Answer their queries and update them on project progress Liaise with various internal departments to ensure that the clients needs are met both in a timely and precise manner Receive and download files from the client (mainly excel) which will be processed and sent onto relevant inhouse department to process Provide clients with top level customer service in a professional and solution focused manner Wok as part of the team to assist in other areas as necessary Previous experience in customer service or having worked on advertising / marketing campaigns is an advantage Salary is €35,000 DOE For more information submit your CV and we will be in touch.
