Accounts Administrator (Part-Time) If you are an experienced Accounts Technician, Assistant Accountant, Accounts Administrator then this may be the role for you : About Your New Employer Established and reputable company with a strong presence in the industry. About Your New Job Accounts Payable / Receivable : Process supplier and customer payments, match invoices to delivery notes, and prepare creditor and debtor reports. Payroll : Manage payroll via Thesaurus, prepare wage journals, and handle employee queries. Purchase Ledger : Post all GRNd supplier invoices to accounts. VAT : Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns and ensure compliance with statutory obligations. Intrastat and VIES Returns : Prepare and file monthly and quarterly returns via ROS. Bank Reconciliations : Enter payments and receipts into the ledger and reconcile. Monthly Accounts : Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and maintain the general ledger. Other Activities : Maintain fixed assets register, manage company credit cards, liaise with auditors, and participate in the purchase of company cars and equipment. What Skills You Need Proficiency in IT systems. Excellent computer, bookkeeping, and financial analysis skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. IPASS qualification is advantageous. Qualified accounts technician and / or part qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) is advantageous. Whats on Offer Competitive salary : Up to 45,000 pro rata.
