About the Role As a Guest Experience Porter, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests setting the tone for a memorable stay. Youll provide a warm welcome, assist with luggage, offer local knowledge, and support the wider Front of House team to deliver seamless service with a personal touch. Key Responsibilities Greet all guests with a professional, friendly, and genuine attitude Assist guests with luggage, valet parking, and transportation needs Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions and hotel amenities Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are immaculately presented Support concierge, front desk, and other departments as needed Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to enhance their stay What Were Looking For A passion for hospitality and a natural flair for customer service Impeccable grooming and presentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an advantage Full drivers license (if valet duties required) What We Offer Competitive salary Staff meals and uniforms provided Training and career development opportunities Be part of a supportive, professional, and friendly team
