Reperio is working with a leading consultancy that's hiring a Senior PMO Manager to join their Risk Consulting practice, focused on the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across sectors such as financial services, public sector, telecoms, and energy.

This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong background in PMO leadership, portfolio governance, and programme assurance -ideally gained in a client-facing or consulting environment.

Responsibilities :

Oversee PMO delivery across complex transformation initiatives
Lead portfolio governance, programme planning, risk and issue management
Manage benefits tracking, resourcing, financial oversight, and stakeholder communications
Drive improvements in PMO frameworks, tools, and best practices
Support business development, market-facing activity, and internal team coaching

Requirements :

10+ years of PMO / programme delivery experience

Experience in a consulting or client-side advisory role is preferred

Strong understanding of project governance, financial management, and change delivery

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 , or SAFe are advantageous
