Job descriptionProvide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems, escalating more complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices. Assist with IT inventory management, including tracking and ordering equipment and supplies. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a technical support role or relevant IT certification(s) is a plus but not required.
