💰 EUR 55 000 plus 10K bonus per annum

A fast-growing organisation in the AI solutions space is seeking a Sales Team Leader to support and elevate a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on coaching, performance management, operational support, and data-driven decision-making to drive team and business growth. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, motivated sales professionals.

What you'll do :

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
Provide daily support, performance guidance, and feedback
Review sales data to spot trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Share best practices and collaborate with leadership
Produce weekly updates on progress and team performance
Maintain strong communication and keep operations running smoothly

What you'll need :

Experience leading or coaching sales teams in a target-driven environment

Confident communicator with strong presentation and people skills

Ability to analyse performance data and make actionable recommendations

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment

Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
