What you will do : Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in line with individual needs and care plans.

Support residents in daily life, ensuring meaningful engagement and inclusion.

Administer medication safely and in accordance with policies.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation at all times.

Collaborate with colleagues, residents, and families to build positive relationships.
