Position : Site Manager (2 Roles Available)

Locations : Midleton & Cork City

Sector : Residential & Commercial Projects

Our client is currently recruiting for two experienced Site Managers to join their expanding team in the South.

There are immediate requirements for projects in Midleton and Cork City, with further opportunities anticipated as the company continues to strengthen its presence in the region.

These positions are ideal for professionals seeking stability and long-term career growth, with the chance to be part of a dedicated delivery team for current and future projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour, driving progress on site.

Collaborate with the wider project team to deliver works from inception through to BCAR completion.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager in residential and / or commercial construction.

Evidence of career longevity, having successfully delivered projects from start through to BCAR handover.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR processes.
