Senior Structural Engineer

Overview

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established CSA design consultancy with a proven history of high-quality technical design.

We are looking for a skilled engineer for a Senior Structural Engineer position in their North-East office.

This role involves working on diverse educational, commercial, retail, and residential developments in a collaborative and quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Lead project design and manage a team of junior engineers and technicians

Liaise with clients, design teams, and local authorities

Conduct site inspections and building appraisals

Ensure project compliance with ISO9000 quality procedures

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to CPD initiatives

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in a consultancy setting

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Level 8 or higher)

Preferably Chartered with Engineers Ireland or IStructE, or working towards chartership

Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Residing in Ireland and ideally hold a full driving license
