Store Manager – Fashion & Lifestyle Retail Located in Tralee

Salary 43K DOE

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle retail environment . This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management , a passion for fashion and lifestyle products , and a proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team to success .

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Performance :

  • Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPIs .
  • Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty .

Team Leadership & Development :

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth.
  • Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.

    • Customer Experience & Brand Representation :

  • Ensure exceptional customer service aligning with brand values and expectations .
  • Lead by example in delivering a personalised and engaging customer journey .
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.

    • Operations & Store Standards :

  • Manage all aspects of store operations , including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance .
  • Oversee inventory management to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines .

    • People & Performance Management :

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback .
  • Develop a strong team culture through clear communication and collaboration .
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards .

    • Skills & Experience Required :

    Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail .

    Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability .

    Exceptional team leadership, coaching, and people management skills .

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment .

    Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising .

    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
