What You'll Be Doing :

• Learning how to lead and motivate a high-performing team
• Getting hands-on with day-to-day store operations : tills, food service, merchandising, stock control and more
• Delivering top-tier customer service aligned with Centra's core values
• Supporting store success through teamwork, initiative and problem-solving
• Developing practical knowledge in rostering, ordering and compliance
• Working closely with senior managers and progressing through a structured training programme
