Accounting technician

Your new company This automotive company has grown tremendously in the last years and are seeking to expand their finance team and hire an experienced assistant accountant to join as part of their car leasing team.

This role is based in D13 with ample parking on site and close to Dart services.

This permanent role offers excellent room for growth and development.

Your new role You will work directly alongside the Financial Controller and Managing Director within this subsidiary on a daily basis.

Your duties will include but not be limited to : Management of the billing cycle and oversight of any queries Credit control and assisting with payment plan set up (B2 B corporate clients) Query and discrepancy resolution General ledger management Bank and account reconciliations Tax returns Problem-solving and process improvement Accounts preparation at month and year-end Bookkeeping Accounts Payable Monthly account preparation to sign off and more What you'll need to succeed This role requires ample previous experience working in a similar role within accounts.

The ideal candidate would have ATI qualification or part qualified ACCA or similar and the following : Ability to problem solve Strong communication skills Ability to work on your own initiative ATI qualified or similar Exposure to B2 B credit or billing desired Strong knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping within an SME What you'll get in return This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand as they continue to dominate their industry.
