They are committed to providing their clients with the highest level of customer service in the industry.
They focus on finding solutions for their customers' insurance needs, including home, travel, car insurance, commercial packages, and life and pension products.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Waterford office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities :
Overcoming objections, closing sales.
Chasing leads provided by the marketing team.
Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and Compliance.
Setting up client accounts and ensuring relevant customer documentation is accurate.
Processing renewals & Mid-term adjustments.
Answering incoming sales & customer service calls.
Capturing vital contact information for customers, home address, date of birth, email address, contact numbers.
Noticing changes in customer details and updating the system accordingly.
Reporting rate increases to team leader / manager monthly and customer feed-back.
Requirements :
APA or CIP qualified.
CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements
A minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience in a similar role required Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
