The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Partners and assume responsibility for overseeing a substantial client portfolio encompassing a diverse set of industries.

We are seeking an ambitious candidate with prior managerial experience in delivering practical and innovative income and corporate tax solutions for businesses.

Key Responsibilities will include :

Managing a team in maintaining and developing the firm's relationship with a portfolio of clients including co-ordination of service offerings from other departments.

As manager of an integrated client service team working on a wide range of assignments in a manner that assists in achieving client satisfaction and firm-wide financial goals.

Contributing towards collective (departmental) targets for fcr, billing, net fee income and cash collection as well as personal and firm-wide goals.

Management and training of student trainees.

Involvement in business development and marketing initiatives.

About you :

AITI qualified and / or a qualified accountant with 3-5 years post qualification experience.

Currently working as an Assistant Manager, Manager or equivalent, in a practice environment.

Experience of working with Irish and International clients in providing innovative tax solutions.

Managing and assisting with specific consultancy assignments in all areas of tax to include corporate tax, VAT, income tax, CGT and CAT.

Managing a portfolio of corporate tax and VAT compliance together with liaising with Revenue on client's behalf (as required).

Liaising and advising clients on Irish domestic and international corporate tax matters and VAT issues.

Experience of operational supervision of assignments and managing of client relationships.

Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to manage in a team environment.

Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.

Ability to provide guidance to others.

Very strong technical background.

Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure.

Excellent computer-literacy skills.
