Social Care Worker

About the Role : We are currently seeking qualified and compassionate Social Care Workers to join our team, supporting individuals across a range of services including : Residential Services for adults and children Respite Services Day Services This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with complex support needs, promoting independence and quality of life.

You will support service users with : Intellectual Disabilities Autism Spectrum Disorders Acquired Brain Injuries Challenging Behaviours or Mental Health Needs Key Responsibilities : Deliver individualised, person-centred care and support Promote independence, inclusion, and well-being Assist in daily activities and life skills development Support recreational, educational, and community integration efforts Maintain detailed records and contribute to care planning Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment Requirements : A recognised Level 7 qualification in Social Care Previous experience in a care or disability setting is desirable Knowledge of HIQA standards and best practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for supporting individuals with additional needs Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends What We Offer : Supportive and inclusive working environment Ongoing professional training and development Opportunities to work across various care settings Competitive salary and benefits package Benefits : On-site parking Sick pay Schedule : Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekend availability Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term Pay : €38,000.00-€53,000.00 per year
