Investment Analyst Private Equity

Job Description FK International is partnering with a leading mid-market Private Equity Investor, currently seeking to hire an Investment Analyst to join its growing team of investment professionals.

Responsibilities will include : Working with the team to identify and screen potential investment opportunities Conducting detailed analysis of the company, market and financial landscapes Preparation of investment committee materials, including financial models and IC memos Transaction management Managing portfolio company interactions and performance, including assisting portfolio company management with ongoing strategic initiatives Requirements for this Role Qualified accountant or CFA (3-4 years experience) with mid-market transaction (e.g. Corporate Finance / Transaction Services) experience in Ireland.

An Outstanding academic profile is a requirement.
