Head of Services | Intellectual Disability & Community Care Location : Roscommon (base), travel required Job Type : Permanent Senior Role | 35 hrs / week Salary Range : €82,258 €99,213 | 30 days annual leave We are working withone of Irelands leading providers of disability and community care services to appoint aHead of Services in Roscommon. This senior leadership role is central to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across multiple service areas. Responsibilities : Provide strategic and operational leadership. Oversee a workforce of 400+ and manage €30m budget. Ensure compliance with national standards and regulations. Drive workforce development and service innovation. Collaborate with senior leadership at regional level. Profile : Relevant qualification (healthcare / social care). 10+ years experience, with 3+ in senior management. Leadership of large teams (50+ staff). Proven financial and compliance management expertise. Strong communication and leadership ability. Full clean driving licence.
