I'm working exclusively with a long-term client who’ve continued to grow steadily over the last few years. Off the back of new business wins and acquisitions, they’re now looking to add a Senior React Developer to their Dublin team. We’ve helped build their entire engineering team from the ground up, and it's been great to see what they’ve achieved. They’re working on a modern SaaS product with plenty of momentum behind it. This is a hybrid role (2–3 days a week in the Dublin office) with a lot of flexibility and autonomy. About the role : You’ll play a key part in building out their React-based platform, working closely with design, product, and backend teams. The focus is on creating clean, scalable UI with a strong emphasis on user experience. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of room to influence decisions, and ideal for someone who enjoys both building and collaborating. What you’ll be doing :

• Leading the development of new UI components and features in React
• Working with Figma prototypes and translating them into production-ready code
• Owning features from idea to delivery
• Maintaining best practices around code structure, performance, and accessibility
• Collaborating across teams and mentoring more junior developers where needed
• Helping evolve their internal design system and frontend architecture What we’re looking for :
• Years’ experience in frontend development, with strong React skills
• Confident with hooks, state management, and building responsive interfaces
• Solid CSS and styling experience, with attention to UI / UX detail
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and async data
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library
